We managed this entire landscape project in Hayward, CA from design to construction administration to permitting. The design features an elevated deck, dry garden and slow water drainage creek. The plant palette is a blend of CA natives and non-native Mediterranean climate plants. The site captures runoff in a dry creek to slow water, maintain it on site for use by the plants, and allow more of it to percolate into the ground water table. Our design included hardscape, lighting, planting, draining, grading, deck, stairs and fencing.
