Gonzalo Mannucci, PLA (CA License #7004) is a California licensed landscape architect. He has worked on designs for public spaces, wineries, large estates, and residences. His past residential clients span the SF Peninsula, Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa and Sonoma counties. He has experience in the complete design process: Site analysis, to conceptual design with 3D modeling, to construction documents that are ready-to-build. Gonzalo produces turn-key, end-to-end plans which include: Site layout, planting, irrigation, lighting, materials and construction details. He brings extensive design-build experience to his clients: Setting budgets, generating cost estimates, managing the bid process, hiring contractors, project oversight for installations, and material selection and sourcing. Gonzalo is passionate about locally sourced materials, smart water use and California native plants. Gonzalo has resided in the SF Bay Area for 26 years, becoming intimately familiar with the area's climate, unique topography, plant palettes, and the network of vendors and suppliers. For the past 3 years, he has made his home in sunny Concord.
